Sink or Swim, like O'Qua Tracker and Aquatic Warlum, adds to Orothe's ability to steal creatures.  Unlike the other 2, this one attempts to steal the creature from the discard pile instead.  As it name implies, there is some element of risk, represented with the dice roll.  The image is a slightly recoloured Ballistic Baldar with a Iceberg Hyren background.
