This card was designed by Lugan, and wrecks havoc by preventing an opponent from gaining too much energy.  There is an unnamed safeguard though, in that the card is automatically discarded if the host magi drops below a certain threshhold, thus making it extremely difficult to maintain this card.  The artwork is from Holmberg's Invader artwork, cropped to only show the chain.
