A sea card in underneath?  Yes, Underneath is connected to Cald via a tunnel and to Orothe via the Ombor Sea.  The call of the Ombor Sea is a specialised  type of spell that reduces the cost to play any and all Underneath creatures.  Playtesters have enjoyed using this spell to play huge KT/Underneath dual-region creatures in a KT/Underneath deck, but the spell fits in well with such decktypes as underneath weenie swarm as well.  The art was one of the few Underneath promotional piece released by 2i.
